Job summary

Kraft Heinz Company in Mason, OH is seeking Machine Operators for the Liquid Pouch production line. You will deliver supplies to machines and kettles, ensuring smooth operation in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and quality control while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The position runs Monday–Friday, 3 pm–11 pm (2nd shift) with potential overtime before or after the shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• History of safe work practices.
• Prior experience in a warehouse- shipping/receiving- logistics environment is required.
• Ability to safely lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to call out defects and implement to Quality standards.
• Achieve a qualified score on the job skills assessment- to be coordinated after receiving a passing interview score.

Responsibilities

• Staging ingredients- moving packaging and product for production runs.
• Maintaining housekeeping in the department.
• Operating filling equipment; making minor changes.
• Machine Rinsing and Cleaning, Assisting in machine set ups, ensuring accurate hourly machine counts so that visual boards can be filled out accurately.
• Labeling sides and ends of boxes.
• Placing stickers or other identifying information as requested by customer.
• Helping with 5S and other projects- advises inventory specialist of potential or ongoing inventory problems- works closely with lead and/or supervisor to ensure production requirements and customer satisfaction.
• Inspecting locations in his / her designated area to ensure product safety by changing pallets- changing slip sheets and covering all ingredients and film- assists in implementing new procedures and processes for continuous improvement throughout the plant.
• Accurately complete all paperwork
• Other duties as assigned.

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday- 3 pm - 11 pm (2nd Shift- variable based on assigned work) Overtime is possible and will be either 4 hours before or after the regular shift
