Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is hiring for a 2nd shift manufacturing support role at the Ballinger, TX site. Base pay is $15.00 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential, working 4:30PM to 2:00AM. You will provide responsive manufacturing support, process orders safely, assist customers, and help manage inventory.

Qualifications include being at least 18 years old and a high school diploma or GED; forklift and overhead crane certification may be required. Full-time benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• A combination of education and experience may be qualifying.
• Must be able to become certified to operate a forklift vehicle and overhead crane.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer responsive and efficient manufacturing support activities.
• Complete work assignments and customer orders safely, accurately, timely and without damage.
• Assist co-workers and customers.
• Inspect materials, products, machinery, tools and equipment.
• Assist with inventory management activities including daily updates to the ERP system.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
• Assist in the movement of inventory within and among workstations and areas.
• Comply with all safety requirements and use applicable personal protective equipment.
