Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Ballinger, TX is seeking a manufacturing support team member. Base pay starts at $15.00 per hour and full-time benefits begin on day one.

You will assist with customer orders, inventory updates, and safety-friendly operations while maintaining an orderly workplace. Applicants should be at least 18 with a HS diploma or GED; forklift/crane certification is a plus or can be pursued.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• A combination of education and experience may be qualifying.
• Must be able to become certified to operate a forklift vehicle and overhead crane.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer responsive and efficient manufacturing support activities
• Complete work assignments and customer orders safely, accurately, timely and without damage
• Assist co-workers and customers
• Inspect materials, products, machinery, tools and equipment
• Assist with inventory management activities including daily updates to the ERP system
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
• Assist in the movement of inventory within and among workstations and areas
• Comply with all safety requirements and use applicable personal protective equipment

Education

High school diploma or GED

Forklift and overhead crane certification (or ability to obtain)
