Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5-8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment operating complex machinery.
• Knowledge of machine operations and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Ability to train and mentor others.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication, collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work overtime, including weekends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up multiple machines per SOPs.
• Identify and report machine malfunctions and minor repairs.
• Conduct machine inspections and support preventive maintenance.
• Perform quality checks on finished products.
• Train and mentor other machine operators.
• Assist with process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Load and unload materials into machines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.
• Complete and maintain production documentation and logs.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Support shift supervisor with additional tasks.
