Monday - Thursday 4:30pm - 3am, possible overtime on Fridays

We are a well-established, Omaha-based manufacturer with over 65 years of providing quality products to our clients. Phillips Manufacturing is the one-stop shop for drywall finishing accessories, lath, stucco accessories, metal channels, interior framing, and fire-rated assemblies with facilities around the country.

A Machine Operator operates machinery to maintain continuous production while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Essential Functions
  1. Operation: Inspect, prepare, adjust, and perform minor repairs on machinery.
  2. Quality: Meet product specifications by taking and reading measurements.
  3. Computer Literacy: Moderate skills required (scanning, labels, etc.).
  4. Reporting: Produce legible and accurate production reports.
  5. Packaging: Place finished cartons/bundles in proper holding carts.
  6. Physical Demands: Ability to walk, stand, bend, and twist for long periods; lift up to 55 lbs continuously.
  7. Reliability: Adhere to attendance policies.
  8. Safety: Follow all safety protocols.
