Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking Machine Operators in Greenup, IL for a 2nd shift (3 PM – 11 PM) role. This full-time, long-term position offers a comprehensive benefits package after hire and weekly pay.

You will maintain a safe, clean work area, complete production and quality documentation, and contribute to Lean/5S initiatives while meeting efficiency goals. The role requires hands-on training for new employees and adherence to engineering requirements and production expectations.

Qualifications

• Must operate machinery and maintain safety standards.
• Proficient in completing production and quality documentation.
• Able to conduct hands-on training for new employees.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Proficiently complete production and quality documentation (CRN, ASME).
• Maintain production rates by meeting/exceeding efficiency goals.
• Perform quality checks to ensure materials, parts and workmanship meet engineering requirements.
• Deburr edges and apply edge treatment (ZRC) when necessary.
• Contribute to Lean and 5S initiatives in your area.
