Job summary

Carlisle Companies Incorporated is seeking a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift at our Lakeland, FL Plant. Hours are Monday through Thursday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM with occasional overtime and a $1 shift differential. You will operate machinery, assist with packing, and support end-of-line tasks while meeting safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, 18+ years old, and prior manufacturing experience. Forklift exposure and COS/ERP familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates machinery to complete tasks in the assigned department.
• Receives and reviews work orders; communicates material needs.
• Monitors machine performance and adheres to safety standards.
• Assists with packaging and end-of-line work as needed.
• Maintains housekeeping and participates in 5S/SQDC initiatives.
