Job summary

Regal Rexnord Marengo is seeking a 2nd shift Machine Operator to operate and monitor production equipment in a fully onsite role. Starting pay is $18 per hour with a $3 per hour shift differential; benefits begin on day one, plus 401(k) with match, PTO, and a strong team culture.

You will load materials, perform quality inspections, adjust machines for quality, document production activities, and collaborate with teammates to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read work instructions and follow written and verbal directions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment.
• Perform quality inspections using measuring tools and visual checks.
• Load raw materials and remove finished products.
• Make minor machine adjustments to maintain quality and production.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Work with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
