Job summary

TKO StaffPros, LLC is hiring a dependable Machine Operator for our Tupelo, MS facility. The role involves operating production equipment, CNC machinery, forklifts, and material-handling tools to support daily manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing experience, mechanical aptitude, accurate measuring skills, and a strong safety mindset. Candidates must be able to read work orders and paperwork and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Machine operating or CNC experience is a plus.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Good math skills, including fractions, decimals, and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately to 1/16 of an inch.
• Ability to read and understand work orders and written instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must meet required vision standards and successfully pass a post-offer drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing machinery, saws, CNC equipment, forklifts, and other production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Read and follow work orders, production instructions, and written procedures.
• Accurately complete production paperwork and inventory documentation.
• Load, stack, move, and transport foam and fiber materials throughout the facility.
• Cut foam and fiber products according to specified measurements and quality standards.
• Package finished products and move materials using carts and other equipment.
• Use hand scanners to track inventory and materials.
• Operate forklifts to load and unload trailers and transport materials.
• Inspect products for defects and ensure quality requirements are met.
• Adjust machine settings, blades, and controls as needed.
• Measure materials accurately and verify dimensions against production specifications.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production concerns.
• Assist supervisors with additional production duties as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
