Job summary

Aerotek in Shelbyville, IL is seeking a CNC Machine Operator for 2nd or 3rd shift. Earn up to $21.50 per hour in a contract-to-hire role with a focus on safety, quality, and teamwork. • Experience in a fast-paced production setting.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and other measuring equipment.

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Basic English reading and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Training Period

All new hires will complete training on 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM) for approximately 2 weeks to 2 months, depending on experience and production needs.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shelbyville, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.05 - $21.55/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
