Custom Building Products is seeking an experienced MACHINE OPERATOR to join our Stockton, CA plant on the 2nd shift (4/10, Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM) with overtime as needed. You will operate automated packaging equipment to ensure product quality and on-time packaging.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in manufacturing or packaging.
• Able to read work orders and follow instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated packaging equipment and monitor output for quality.
• Receive instructions and schedules from plant supervision.
• Follow safety protocols and keep a clean work area.
• Collaborate with Production and Maintenance teams.
