Job summary

Alleguard is seeking a 2nd Shift Machine Operator to work under the Floor Supervisor in our EPS manufacturing process. You will gain hands-on experience with the cutting lines and learn first-hand how the floor runs efficiently.

We offer a competitive hourly rate with a shift differential. The role requires attention to safety, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to changing production schedules while maintaining quality and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Machine operator for hot wire cutting lines with efficient, consistent workflow to maximize efficiency while adhering to company policies and safety procedures.
• Stretch wrap bundles as needed/palletizing.
• Track block numbers.
• Tape measure/ruler knowledge.
• Adaptable to moving from one line to another.
• Drive the line.

2nd Shift Machine Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for a Machine Operator to work directly under our Floor Supervisor. This position will gain first-hand knowledge of EPS manufacturing processes.

Pay

$14 USD/hr + $1 Shift Differential

Responsibilities

• Machine operator for hot wire cutting lines with efficient consistent workflow to maximize efficiency while adhering to company policies and safety procedures.
• Stretch wrap bundles as needed/palletizing.
• Track block numbers.
• Tape measure/ruler knowledge.
• Adaptive to change (Moving from one line to another).
• Drives the line.

Physical Demands

• Position may require periods of intense physical exertion in conditions of low to high temperatures and humidity.
• Position requires the ability to stand, bend, and stretch over extended periods of time during a normal work shift.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday
• 3:30 pm - 12:00 am
• Flexibility is a must – hours subject to change based on production schedule
