What Does a Machine Operator do at Swire Coca-Cola? Our Machine Operators are responsible for general duties involving physical handling of product, materials, supplies, and equipment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 5:00PM - 3:30AM (Monday-Thursday, OT and weekends as needed)

• Operate and monitor equipment and replenish materials as needed during production shift
• Set up machinery ensuring all production materials are available and ready to be used
• Visually inspect production run and document results, confirming product quality throughout
• Determine and report malfunctions, safety hazards, and product defects to supervisor or manager
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and area to ensure safety and performance standards
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects and events as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (or GED) or equivalent required
• Forklift Certification within 30 days of hire required
• Ability to learn and fully operate assigned production equipment
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to perform essential functions with minimal supervision
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
