What Does a Machine Operator do at Swire Coca-Cola?
Our Machine Operators are r esponsible for general duties involving physical handling of product, materials, supplies and equipment.

Job Details:
Schedule: 3pm - 1:30am (Mon - Fri, OT and weekends, as needed)

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor equipment and replenish materials as needed through production shift
  • Set up machinery ensuring all production materials are available and ready to be used to produce
  • Visually inspect production run and document results. Confirming quality of product throughout production
  • Determine and report malfunctions to supervisor or manager to safety hazards and product defects
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area to maintain safety and performance standards
  • Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma (or GED) required or equivalent degree/certificate required
  • Forklift Certification within 30 days from hire required
  • Must be able to learn and fully operate assigned production equipment
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds

Base pay range i s$21.60 to $26.68 plus bonus structure (dependent on role) . Pay offered will depend on candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
