Job summary
Liberty Diversified International (LDI) in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking a 2nd Shift Machine Helper / Stacker Operator to support setup, quality checks, and stacking of corrugated products. You will assist machine operators, monitor production, and help troubleshoot to maximize efficiency in a fast-paced plant environment.
The role requires a High School diploma or GED (or 1+ year manufacturing experience) and flexibility for overtime, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED, or 1+ year manufacturing experience in lieu of education.
- Experience applying basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
- Ability to read, follow, and complete detailed work instructions.
- Must be available to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Set up orders according to customer specifications and prepare tools.
- Assist machine operators during quality checks and monitor for issues.
- Monitor production metrics and downtime to track performance.
- Communicate equipment issues and assist with troubleshooting.
- Assist maintenance with minor repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow plant safety processes for the machine center.
- Other duties as assigned.
