Job summary

Liberty Diversified International's Liberty Packaging unit in Golden Valley, MN seeks an Assistant Machine Operator to safely produce corrugated products and support machine operators. You will set up orders, perform quality checks, and help with finishing tasks, reporting issues to supervision.

The role requires 1+ years manufacturing or a GED, working overtime, weekends, and holidays. Competitive benefits included; reports to Production Supervisor at Golden Valley facility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or 1+ years manufacturing experience.
• Ability to apply basic math (add/subtract/multiply/divide).
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up orders per customer specs and prep tools per process.
• Assist with quality checks by inspecting articles for defects.
• Monitor production metrics and downtime; communicate issues.
• Support maintenance with minor repairs and troubleshooting.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
