Pratt Industries is seeking a Machine Helper to support the Operator on the 2nd shift in Albany, GA. You will assist with machine setup, execution of production orders, and maintaining safe, efficient operations.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety policies, and accurate data entry while developing hands-on skills to become an operator for vacation or contingency coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or equivalent experience.
• Ability to assist in machine setup and operation of feed, print, die cutting and delivery sections.
• Willingness to be trained as an operator for vacations, sickness, etc.

Responsibilities

• Follow and ensure that fellow crew members adhere to all safe work policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Assist in proper mechanical setup and running of the machine.
• Ensure orders produced meet specifications provided.
• Maintain acceptable production rates.
• Complete all paperwork and data entry as required.
