You will assist in setup, run tasks under supervision, and help train crew members. Strong communication, basic computing, and math skills are required, with willingness to be trained as an operator as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have clear and effective communication, both written and verbal.
• Basic computer literacy is required.
• Strong math/algebra skills are important for quality checks and calculations.
• Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and procedures and ensure a clean, safe work area.
• Assist in machine setup and operating tasks as directed.
• Ensure orders meet specifications and maintain production rates.
• Complete paperwork and data entry as required.
• Assist in training other crew members and support operators during vacations or absences.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
