Job summary

Behr Paint Company is hiring a Machine/Filling Operator for shift 2 in the United States. No prior experience is required; training will be provided. You’ll cross-train on multiple lines, perform filling and case-packing, and assist on both solo and dual-operator lines.

Qualifications

• Excellent attendance is essential for uptime and safety.
• Commitment to safety including proper footwear and PPE is required.
• Willingness to learn and grow within multiple lines and shifts.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee filling and case-packing on assigned line.
• On dual-operator lines, perform both roles with a partner.
• Pull items for misprints and verify labels.
• Periodically weigh cans to ensure weight parameters are met.
• Perform changeovers between paints and keep the machine full of cases.
