Job summary

Lincolnshire Place is an assisted living facility specializing in Alzheimer’s/Dementia care seeking friendly LPNs or RNs for a Part-Time 2nd shift (2pm-10:30pm). Position includes every other weekend with options to pick up additional shifts.

We value teamwork and resident-centered care; the role involves safety, medication assistance, assessments, and supervising CNAs in a memory care setting. CPR certification and at least one year of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• LPN or RN licensure required.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• CPR certification required.
• Willing to work in memory care and dementia-focused settings.
• Comfortable with med administration and resident safety.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents are safe and well cared for.
• Assist residents with medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assess residents and provide treatments as needed.
• Maintain high quality of care for each resident.
• Scan/ file physician orders as required.
• Supervise CNAs and coordinate care plans.
• Familiarity with Point Click Care EMAR/TAR encouraged.
• Demonstrate flexibility; participate in weekend shifts.

Lincolnshire Place is an assisted living facility that specializes in Alzheimer’s/Dementia care. We are looking for friendly and caring Licensed Practical Nurses or Registered Nurses! We currently have a Part-Time 2nd shift position open. It would be every other weekend 2pm-10:30pm with the opportunity to pick up other shifts.

Essential functions of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN):

Ensuring our residents are safe

Assisting residents to take their medications.

Assess residents, providing treatments if necessary.

Ensuring quality of care of each of their residents

Scanning/ Filing Physician’s order if needed.

Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants.

Willing to learn and know about Point Click Care Charting for EMAR and TAR

Willingness or motivated to work in a memory care facility in providing the best care possible

Telephone orders

Practical Nursing Licensure or RN
