Job summary

Daniels Health in Stow, Ohio is hiring a Loader/Unloader to join our team. This is a highly physical, fast-paced role focused on loading and unloading trucks, handling regulated medical waste, and keeping operations running safely.

You will regularly lift heavy containers (50-75 lbs) and move carts up to 200 lbs, weigh waste on our weighbridge, and complete paperwork while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

• Previous experience in a labor-intensive or warehouse environment.
• Comfortable with repetitive heavy lifting all day.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks daily, handling regulated medical waste and sharps containers.
• Repeatedly lift 50-75 lb containers throughout your shift.
• Push and maneuver four-wheeled carts weighing up to 200 lbs.
• Weigh incoming waste using our weighbridge system.
• Prepare, pack, and stage outgoing customer orders for transport.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work closely with your teammates to ensure all transports are ready on schedule.
