Job summary

Synergy Flavors, Inc. is seeking a Liquid Compounder for 2nd shift to join our production team in a fast-paced facility. You will mix, weigh, and prepare ingredients per formulas, operate mixers, spray dryers and blending tanks, and ensure batches meet quality and safety standards.

We value accuracy, teamwork, and reliability. The role includes lifting heavy items, following GMPs and allergen controls, and maintaining thorough batch documentation.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED preferred.
• Must follow GMPs & allergen controls.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs continuously.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Willingness to wear appropriate PPE and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Follow standard batching instructions to measure ingredients.
• Operate mixers, spray dryers and blending tanks.
• Check batch quantities and maintain batch sheets.
• Maintain sanitation and CIP procedures.
• Adhere to safety policies and complete documentation.
