Job summary

BlueGreen Alliance Inc. seeks a production worker to supervise coating processes and manage a workforce to meet production demands in a safe environment.

The role includes operating a forklift, maintaining quality controls, setting line speeds and oven temps, and generating daily production reports while complying with company policies and maintaining housekeeping throughout the area.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate measuring devices (i.e. tape measure).
• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.

• Communicate between other production departments.
• Perform QC checks/log.
• Set line speed and oven temperatures per job requirements.

• Washer titration readings/record.
• Follow Winona Quality policy and procedures.
• Maintains acceptable housekeeping in areas of responsibility.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to stand, walk, and bend repeatedly during the entire production shift. Additional physical demands include: reaching and occasionally being able to lift up to 60 pounds.
