Job summary

Winona Powder Coating Inc is seeking a production operator responsible for operating powder gun equipment and ensuring product quality on the line. You will follow daily production schedules, learn customer inspection criteria, and pack requirements while maintaining clean work areas.

The role requires lifting up to 40 pounds repeatedly, standing and bending during shifts, and adherence to safety procedures and process cards for accurate application.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly for the entire production shift. Must be able to stand, walk, and bend repeatedly during the entire production shift. Additional physical demands include: reaching and occasionally being able to lift up to 60 pounds.
