Job summary

Winona Coatings is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the coating process, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time production in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

The role requires coordinating with multiple production teams, enforcing PPE and safety policies, and continuously improving process efficiency. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Operate measuring devices (e.g., tape measure).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate fork truck to move materials.
• Wear required PPE.
• Add chemicals based on titration readings.
• Communicate with other production departments.
• Perform QC checks and logs.
• Set line speed and oven temperatures per job.
• Instruct material handlers.
• Produce daily reports.
• Inspect items for quality.
• Pack finished products.

Responsible for supervision of coating process to meet company and customer expectations. Involves managing workforce to meet or exceed production demands within expected timeframes. Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Employee has the responsibility and authority to control quality.
