Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Lead for Sidasa / Dip Spin on the 2nd shift in Pioneer, OH. This full-time manufacturing role combines hands-on production work with line leadership to ensure quality, productivity, and safety.

You will fill in for loader/unloader as needed, inspect screws for defects, maintain clean and safe work areas, and support smooth production flow while meeting customer expectations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Fill in for loader and unloader positions as needed- This is a Hands on position
