The role requires 6+ months of lead and machine operator experience, with second-shift duties and strict safety compliance. The position offers starting pay of $23.05 per hour plus a $0.80 shift differential for 2nd shift, effective Day 1, along with benefits including paid time off and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of Lead experience required.
• 6+ months of machine operator experience required.
• Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson will have a minimum rehire waiting period of 180 days and are limited to 3 times of employment.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Supervisor in coordinating daily department tasks and ensure proper communication of instructions.
• Monitor all equipment and notify maintenance when needed, maintaining a safe work environment.
• Follow manuals, blueprints, plant paperwork and labels as required.
