Opportunity

Join our detail-oriented housekeeping team and help maintain the beauty and charm of our guest rooms and facilities.

Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Green Bay, WI

Responsibilities include:

1. Inspect assigned hotel wing and adjoining areas, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures.
2. Maintain knowledge of quality standards, proper bed making, and cleaning techniques.
3. Communicate essential information effectively between housekeeping staff and coordinators.
4. Coordinate and perform housekeeping duties as needed.
5. Understand fire, safety, and emergency procedures thoroughly.
6. Set an example in quality, timeliness, and personalized service.

This is a Full Time position, primarily working weekdays and weekends from 8:00am to 10:00pm.

Skills/Requirements

1. High school diploma preferred.
2. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, and twist.
3. Proficiency in speaking, writing, and understanding English.
4. Previous housekeeping or similar experience.
5. Leadership experience is a plus but not required.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

The hourly rate ranges from $19.00 to $22.00, influenced by experience, education, and location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
