2nd Shift Lead Room Attendant, Lodge Kohler

Opportunity

Join our detail-oriented housekeeping team and help maintain the beauty and charm of our guest rooms and facilities.

Responsibilities include:

1. Inspect assigned hotel wing and adjoining areas according to standard operating procedures to ensure quality standards are met.
2. Know the exact quality and placement of items in guest rooms, proper bed making, and cleaning techniques.
3. Communicate essential information between housekeeping staff and coordinators effectively.
4. Maintain constant communication with the housekeeping office attendant and coordinator to fulfill requests.
5. Perform housekeeping duties as needed.
6. Be fully knowledgeable of fire, safety, and guest emergency procedures.
7. Set an example for all hotel associates in quality, timeliness, consistency, and personalized service that exceeds expectations.

This is a full-time position working primarily weekdays and weekends, from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Skills/Requirements

• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to lift, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to speak, write, and understand English.
• Previous experience as a housekeeper or in a similar role.
• Leadership experience is preferred but not required.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

The hourly rate ranges from $19.00 to $22.00, influenced by experience, education, and location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
