Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, seeks a 2nd Shift Lead Maintenance Technician for Sanitary & Fluid Power Systems. This direct-hire role offers up to $34.00/hour plus daily overtime and Sunday double-time in a modern, highly automated facility.

You will maintain high-speed packaging lines and fluid power systems, perform electro-mechanical repairs, welding and fabrication, and ensure compliance with FDA/GMP/SQF standards in a safe, stable environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of regulated manufacturing experience troubleshooting equipment in clean, sanitary environments (FDA, GMP, SQF).
• Fluid power & mechanical mastery: hydraulics, pneumatics, and high-speed packaging equipment.
• Welding & fabrication of structural components.
• Diagnostic intuition to trace electro-mechanical failures and root-cause issues.
• 2nd shift reliability and a solid work history near Fort Atkinson, WI.
• Local residence within daily driving distance to Fort Atkinson, WI.

Responsibilities

• Perform electro-mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on automated production lines during the 2nd shift.
• Maintain and rebuild hydraulic/pneumatic fluid power systems and components.
• Optimize high-speed packaging lines and conveyors to reduce bottlenecks.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and isolate faults for quick recovery.
• Weld and fabricate equipment frames and fixtures for line enhancements.
• Ensure FDA/GMP/SQF regulatory compliance and log work orders in CMMS.
