Keystone Distinction Group is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Lead for our Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin facility on the 2nd shift. You will lead troubleshooting, install and repair of plant electrical infrastructure and automation panels, and ensure NEC code compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience in automated manufacturing or packaging.
• Experience with reading three-phase power schematics and control circuits.
• Familiarity with safety standards and high-hygiene manufacturing environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Shift Technical Lead for troubleshooting, installation, and repair of plant electrical infrastructure and control panels.
• Perform active logic diagnostics to minimize downtime and ensure uptime.
• Ensure NEC and code compliance during repairs and updates.
• Maintain shift maintenance logs and update electrical drawings.
• Manage overhead electrical infrastructure safely using ladders and lifts.
• Uphold 5S standards and high-hygiene manufacturing protocols.
