Job summary

H. T. PROF Group in Wisconsin is seeking a 2nd Shift Lead Maintenance Technician focused on Sanitary & Fluid Power Systems.

You will own maintenance of high-speed packaging lines in a clean, regulated facility with a strong safety culture and abundant overtime opportunities. The role requires 3+ years in FDA/GMP/SQF environments, deep hydraulics/pneumatics expertise, welding/fabrication skills, and a proven record of reliability on automated equipment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of regulated manufacturing experience troubleshooting equipment in a clean, sanitary environment.
• Fluid power & mechanical mastery: hydraulics, pneumatics, drives.
• Welding and fabrication of structural components.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex electro-mechanical maintenance and repairs on a highly automated production floor during the 2nd shift.
• Maintain and rebuild fluid power systems including hydraulic pumps, valves and pneumatic circuits.
• Optimize high-speed packaging lines and conveyors to reduce bottlenecks.
• Perform emergency breakdown responses to minimize downtime.
• Execute structural welding and fabrication for line enhancements.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with FDA, GMP, SQF standards and log work orders.
