The Kinetic Co. in Greendale, WI is seeking a skilled 2nd Shift Laser Operator A to join our hands-on manufacturing team. As a part of the production team, you will set up, program, and operate CNC laser cutting machines efficiently and accurately.

The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of laser cutting experience and the ability to read blueprints. We prioritize craftsmanship, safety, and continuous improvement in our operations.

This position offers a full-time role with a pay range of $21.70-$30.70 per hour, based on experience, plus a shift differential of $2.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of laser cutting or related machine shop experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, routings, and specifications.
• Experience using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Set up, program, and operate CNC laser cutting machines
• Load sheet and plate material and run jobs accurately and efficiently
• Manually cycle machines to verify setup, speeds, and feeds
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy
• Keep your machine and work area clean, safe, and organized

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of laser cutting or related machine shop experience
• Ability to read blueprints, routings, and specifications
• Experience using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Strong attention to detail and quality
