Job summary

The Kinetic Co., Inc. in Greendale, WI is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join our shop floor team. You will set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes, read drawings, and help ensure parts meet specifications.

You will change tools, adjust offsets, and tweak small programs while maintaining accuracy. Calipers, micrometers, and gauges help verify quality as you keep your machine and workspace clean and safe for the team.

Qualifications

• Experience running CNC machines or solid hands-on shop experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills and/or lathes).
• Read drawings and specs to ensure parts are correct.
• Change tools, adjust offsets, and make small program tweaks.
