Description

Job Responsibilities

• Operatesbasic machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Loadsand unloadsmaterials into machinery.
• Monitorsmachine operations and reportsany issues to the supervisor.
• Performsroutine checks and maintenance of equipment.
• Maintainsa clean and organized work area.
• Adheresto all safety and company policies.
• Assistsin troubleshooting machine issues.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

• Basic understanding of machinery and production processes.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Basic math skills.
• Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location.

Educational Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience.

Experience Requirements

• Previousexperience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred but not required.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Some physicaldemand;often liftslight to heavy-weight material.Frequentlifting/moving average weight (up to50lbs/11-27 kgs) material.
• Ability to performoccasionalto frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Ability to operate motorized vehicles over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Ability to stand and / or walk constantly over a full work shifton concrete(8-12 hours).
• May be exposed to noise levels for which hearing protection is required to be worn over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
