Job summary

ProAmpac is seeking a laminated packaging operator in Franklin Park, IL, for an on-site, full-time role with a 2:00 PM–10:00 PM shift. You will set up and run lamination equipment, stage materials, and maintain inventory while supporting a safe production environment.

The position requires a HS/GED and 2–4 years of production machinery experience, with lamination equipment preferred. ProAmpac offers strong benefits and a stable work culture.

Responsibilities

• Train and provide guidance to other team members.

Essential Duties and Tasks

Work primarily in an indoor manufacturing environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential. Safety shoes and vision protection required, hearing protection required in some areas.

This role will regularly use plant machinery which certification may be required. This role routinely works around moving equipment. Employee may be exposed to non-toxic/nuisance smells from chemicals, airborne dust, moving mechanical parts, and moderate noise levels.
