Job summary

Ciocca Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a 2nd Shift Janitorial Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations at multiple customer locations in Warsaw and Milford, Indiana. You will lead a team of cleaners, ensure quality standards, and build strong relationships with customers to deliver a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support janitorial staff during assigned shifts
• Train, coach, and motivate employees to meet company expectations
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained
• Maintain strong communication with customers, employees, and subcontractors
• Coordinate employee schedules and arrange coverage for call-offs, vacations, and other absences
• Perform cleaning duties as needed to support the team
• Monitor inventory and ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are stocked and maintained
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or customer issues promptly
• Ensure all company policies and safety procedures are followed
