Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of work experience in production support.
• Intermediate knowledge of manufacturing and distribution operations.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class incident management at Tier 1 and 2.
• Support Enterprise technologies such as WMS and ERP applications.
• Create knowledgebase articles for Production Support standard procedures.

ITIL Certification

Education
