Qualifications

• Associate Degree: 1 year IT leadership or project/team management experience.
• Without Associate Degree: 3 years IT leadership experience.
• Must obtain ITIL credential within 6 months of hire.
• Must obtain HDI SCM credential within 6 months of hire.
• Must obtain Security+ within 6 months of hire.
• Must obtain Network+ within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Norton Healthcare's Service Desk and Network Operations Center on 2nd shift.
• Develop processes, metrics, and standards to meet SLA commitments.
• Manage staff schedules and ensure adherence to operational duties.
• Ensure technical standards are developed and followed using current tools.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and effective helpdesk management.
