Job summary

Peoplelink Staffing, in partnership with a prominent Manufacturing Warehouse in the Tullahoma, TN area, is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to join their team on 2nd shift.

The role maintains accurate stock levels by performing cycle counts and audits, operating forklifts, and moving items efficiently. Requires forklift certification, 1–2 years in inventory control, and strong data-entry skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid forklift certification.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse, or related role.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems (3PL experience a plus).
• Basic computer skills including spreadsheet applications (Excel or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock levels by conducting regular cycle counts and audits.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, store, and organize products.
• Track supply counts and flag discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
• Identify damaged, returned, or misplaced items.
