Express Employment Professionals in Laguna Hills, CA is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator I to support inventory accuracy and material flow in a medical device manufacturing environment. The position operates on a 2:30 PM–11:00 PM schedule, Monday–Friday, with a pay rate of $20.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of work experience.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a regulated, quality-focused environment.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. for inventory counts.

Responsabilités

• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate ordering, receiving, stocking, and staging of materials.
• Perform physical inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory of raw materials, subassemblies, and finished goods to support production.
• Replenish materials in cleanroom storage areas.
• Maintain work-in-process (WIP) inventory and support production schedules.
• Assist with inventory requests and Kanban replenishment.
• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Oracle to track inventory and complete documentation.
• Maintain an organized workspace and follow quality procedures.

Service Line: Evaluation to Hire, Full-time
Pay: $20.25/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
