Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 6 months of related experience preferred.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read and understand computer printouts.
• Effective communication across listening, speaking, and writing.
• Ability to work at heights up to 50 feet using mezzanines or equipment.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to assist where needed.

Responsibilities

• Audit inventory regularly to maintain accuracy.
• Count inventory using RF equipment and review supporting documentation.
• Support compliance with company guidelines and help ensure correct vendor receipts and outbound shipments.
• Collaborate with Inventory Control, DC Operations, and vendor receipt teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Contribute to safe, efficient distribution center operations.
