Ryder is seeking an Inventory Control Associate in Wilmer, Texas, offering weekly pay and a path for growth within a safety‑driven supply chain environment.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, audits of inbound/outbound shipments, and supporting warehouse staff to ensure inventory accuracy on a fast-paced team. 2nd shift details apply with a $1/hr premium when assigned to that shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklift equipment preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office preferred.
• Ability to read location, date and product codes.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Audit inbound and outbound shipments.
• Participate in physical inventories as necessary.
• Provide floor support to Supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain GMPs with emphasis on safety.
• Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
