Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Wilmer, Texas is hiring an Inventory Control Associate to join a safety‑driven, team‑focused warehouse. This role offers weekly pay, paid training, and opportunities to advance within a fast‑paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, inventory audits, and assisting supervisors with accuracy and GMPs, while maintaining professional relationships and strong attention to detail on every shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more warehouse experience preferred.
• One year or more experience operating forklift equipment preferred.
• One year or more Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) preferred.
• Ability to recognize and read location, date and product codes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Conduct audits of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Participate in physical inventories as necessary.
• Provide floor support to Operation Supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain GMPs with emphasis on safety.
• Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Hourly Pay $20.00 per hour
• Additional Pay: $2.00 added per hour when assigned to weekend shift
• Schedule: 1st shift; Friday - Sunday 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent perferred
• One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred
• One (1) year or more experience operating forklift equipment preferred
• One (1) year or more Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) preferred
• Depending on location may be required to be equipment certified
• Ability to recognize and read location, date and product codes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)

• Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
