Job summary

Arthrex Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate II – Inventory Control to support inventory accuracy at the Fort Myers, FL logistics center on the 2nd shift. You will handle receiving, validation in SAP, cycle counts, and shipping preparation, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.

The role requires independent work, basic warehouse skills, and experience with RF scanner systems; forklift experience is a plus. Comprehensive benefits are offered with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months in warehouse and/or shipping functions required.
• Proficient in SAP for assigned function.
• RF Scanner and Vocollect experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming goods in SAP using RF scanner.
• Move inventory to designated warehouse locations.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Assemble and label products for samples and distribution.
• Prepare shipments with correct labeling and documentation.
• Support international shipments and paperwork as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and comply with OSHA/ISO9002.
