Trinidad Benham Corporation in Georgia seeks a 2nd Shift Interfold Operator (Mon.-Thurs.) from 8pm to 6:30am to run and maintain the packaging line. You will set up, adjust, inspect quality, and report hourly results to ensure product quality.

The role requires lifting up to 35 lbs, standing long shifts, and ability to troubleshoot minor line issues. This position offers employee ownership and weekly pay, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs as needed.
• Ability to stand for ten hours and walk up and down stairs.
• Must be able to operate and adjust packaging machinery.

Responsibilities

• Check the order sheet and run specifications for each order.
• Set up and complete initial thread up of the machine.
• Perform Quality Checks at least hourly.
• Record results on the Daily Quality Inspection Report.
• Monitor process and address jams or machine issues.
• Maintain cleanliness per GMP standards and remove debris.
• Troubleshoot minor quality and machine problems; escalate complex issues to maintenance.
