Job summary

Noble Biomaterials is seeking an Inspection Associate for the 3pm-11pm shift. You will operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment, perform quality checks, and follow SOPs to ensure product quality and safety.

We offer starting pay of $17.00/hour with an extra $1.00/hour during second shift, weekly pay, medical/dental/vision coverage, a company‑funded HRA, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) with company match after 6 months, and 11 paid holidays plus PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and 18+ years old.
• Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
• Ability to train on 1st shift if required.
• Willing to join a team and grow with the company.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment.
• Perform quality checks and inspect finished products.
• Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and work instructions.
• Record production data and report issues to supervisors.
• Clean and maintain equipment and work area.
• Support with machine setups and changeovers as trained.
