Job summary

Qualifications

Two years of experience in printing or mail inserting environment preferred.
High school graduate, or completion of GED preferred.
Operate and maintain inserting equipment according to job tickets and SOPs.

Responsibilities

Set up inserting equipment at the beginning of each job according to the job ticket.
Insert address tags into mail sacks or trays for bulk mailing of ID cards, kits, and catalogs.
Maintain equipment, troubleshoot problems, and perform preventative maintenance.
Keep work area clean and follow safety regulations.
Read postal statements and sort mail accordingly.
Direct and supervise helpers on the machine.
Report defective materials or issues to the department manager.
