Job summary

Masterson Staffing is recruiting for a Press Operator role in Delano, MN for a client on a temp-to-hire basis. The position offers third shift options with competitive hourly pay of $20, second shift $18, and first shift $17.

Safety and quality are emphasized in daily manufacturing duties. Responsibilities include operating an injection molding machine, inspecting parts, trimming excess material, packaging, palletizing and adhering to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Stand for an 8-hour shift and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machine safely following safety guidelines.
• Inspect parts for damages/defects, trim excess material, and package products per SOP.
• Paletize completed boxes of parts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
