Masterson Staffing is seeking a Molding Operator for a manufacturing facility in Somerset, WI. The role offers a 3rd shift from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Sunday through Thursday, with an hourly rate of $22.00.

You will operate plastic injection molding machines, monitor multiple units, inspect finished parts, and complete tasks like trimming, counting, weighing, and packaging while following safety protocols and aiming for high quality and output.

Qualifications

• 4-panel drug screen is required.
• National background check (no felonies in 7 years).
• Vision, math, reading, and color-blind assessments required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate plastic injection molding machines.
• Monitor and operate multiple machines concurrently.
• Perform visual inspections of finished parts.
• Complete production tasks including trimming, counting, weighing, and packaging.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Maintain quality standards and production goals.
